Shipping policy

When placing an order you can choose between different shipping options.
- For Dutch orders you can choose between untracked (envelope) or tracked (letterbox parcel).

- Orders outside of the Netherlands (EU) can choose between untracked and tracked shipping methods. 
Please note that untracked orders are sent at your own risk!

- International orders (not EU) only have a tracked shipping option

What are the shipping costs?

Domestic (Dutch) orders
- Untracked flat rate: € 3,00 to € 4,00
- Tracked flat rate: € 6,00

EU

- Untracked starting at: €4,00 up to € 11,50 depending on weight 
- Tracked starting at: € 7,30 up to € 12,00 depending on weight 

International (not EU)

  • Tracked starting at € 12,70 up to € 25,70 depending on weight.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within a week. 
If you need something ASAP, feel free to contact me so I can look at other options. (These options are 2-3 times more expensive with shipping costs.)

Pre-orders and combined orders.

Pre-orders always have an approximate shipping time in the listing info. By default, orders that include pre-ordered items will be collected and shipped out in one go when the pre-ordered items are ready to be shipped out. Please keep this in mind when placing a bigger order.

Western-Europe  6 - 12 business days
Rest of the world 10 - 30 business days

I made a mistake on my shipping address / my address details have changed!

Contact us at studio@kirikidu.art as soon as possible with your order number and correct details. Updates cannot be made once orders have dispatched. I do not offer refunds or replacements if parcels do not arrive due to incorrect address details.

I can't find the tracking link on my order.

If you have (chosen) a tracked shipping please contact us with your order number and I can provide the details.

Can I ship multiple orders to different addresses?

No, this is not possible. You can pick one address.

My order has not arrived.

All Dutch orders take between 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If after this time the order still hasn't arrived, please contact us and I will arrange an alternative.

My order has been damaged.

Please send a photo of the damaged product as well as your order number and I will arrange an alternative.

My order is incorrect/missing items.

Please contact us with your order number and I will arrange an alternative.

Why do I have to pay customs & service fees when I received my order?

Please be aware that I am not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country's customs officials, plus those fees are not a basis for a refund, as they aren't something I are able to control or predict.

By making an order you as a buyer acknowledge the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
